On Site Wedding Ceremonies

On site ceremonies are available in The Crown Suite.

Theater Style seating for up to 150 guests.

Outdoor courtyard, seasonal waterfall and local Plymouth attractions offer excellent photo opportunities.

Reservation Details -- The Queen's Ballroom

  • The Queen's Ballroom has a 6 hour occupancy.

  • Music and bar to close 30 minutes prior to the end of the Function.

  • Maximum capacity of The Queen's Ballroom is 300+ guests.

 

An initial Deposit of $1,500 is required to confirm your reservation.

(Payable by personal check or cash)

Second installment of 20% is due 60 days after contract signing.

Third installment of final balance is due 1 month prior to your Function.

(All of these payments will be deducted from the final balance, unless cancellation occurs)*

A copy of the cancellation policy is available upon request

 

In order to reserve The Queen's Ballroom you must meet a minimum guest count guarantee.

 

Friday   -   Minimum 175 Adult Guest

    Saturday  - Minimum 200 Adult Guest     

Sunday   -  Minimum 175 Adult Guest

 

Final guest count for The Queen's Ballroom is due 10 days prior to your Function.

There is no reduction once the final guest count is given.

Balance is due 10 days prior to Function.

Balance is payable by credit card, cashiers check, certified check or cash.

All installments are non-transferable to other dates.

Final menu selections will be required 30 days prior to your Function

Extended hall time is available hourly for an additional charge

The Crown Suite has a 4 hour occupancy, depending on the event.

Music and bar to close 30 minutes prior to the end of the Function.

 

 

A security deposit of $500 is required to confirm a reservation for a 4 hour event.

(This deposit will be deducted from your balance, unless cancellation occurs)*

A copy of the cancellation policy is available upon request

 

 

In order to reserve The Crown Suite you must meet a minimum guest count guarantee of 50 people.

The Crown Suite accommodates up to 100 guests.

COMBINED will accommodate 420+ guests.

In order to reserve The Queen's Ballroom & Crown Suite combined you must meet a

minimum guest count guarantee of 300 people.

Rules & Regulations

 

 

It is your responsibilty to address the following regulations with your DJ, Band, Florist, Photographer and Bakery.

 

DJ and Photographer are not permitted to stand on our chairs or formica ledges on the stage.

 

DJ, Band, Florist, Photographer and Bakery deliveries/set-ups are allowed after 12:00 noon on the day of the function, and must be completed no later than one hour prior to function.

 

Plymouth Manor will provide the DJ with one six-foot table and two chairs. Plyouth Manor is not responsibe for any other equipment the DJ may require.

 

Items belonging to the Plymouth Manor may not be used as speaker/cd stands or for any other purpose (other than food service)

 

All band equipment, boxes, etc. that are not being used must be returned to vehicles and all vehicles must be parked in back parking lot.

 

We will gladly serve dinner to those DJ's, Photographers, etc. who have made such arrangements with their host/hostess in advance of the Function.

 

Custom linens and chair covers not provided by Plymouth Manor are allowed with prior approval. All linens & chair covers brought in the day of the Function must be removed that evening or a $125.00 fee will be charged to the company.

 

Only candles with hurricane lamps, floating candles or votive candles may be used. Open flame candles are not allowed under any circumstance.

 

Plymouth Manor does not allow balloons or any other type of decorations to be attached to the walls, ceiling or floor. Balloons may be used with weighted bases.

 

Plymouth Manor does not allow the use of SMOKE OR BUBBLE MACHINES.

 

Confetti, Dance Dust, Sequins, Sparkles or anything of that nature may not be used as part of the table decorations or centerpieces. Also, Liquid Bubbles, Silly String, Birdseed, Rice or Fresh Flower Petals are not allowed. If any of these items are used, a $250.00 clean-up fee will apply.

 

Music and Bar will end 30 minutes prior to the end of the Function.

 

Due to city ordinance no alcohol is allowed to be consumed outside of the building.

 

Plymouth Manor is a non-smoking facility

 

 

 

Terms & Conditions

 

Food Servive

Plymouth Manor reserves the right to supply all food (with the exception of the wedding cake).

Due to food servive regulations, leftover food is not allowed to be taken from the Plymouth Manor (with the exception of the wedding cake)

Cancellation Policy

If for any reason beyond our control, including but not limited to accidents, government requisitions, restrictions, or regulations on commodities or supplies, or acts of God, Plymouth Manor is unable to perform it's obligations under this agreement, such non performance is excused and Plymouth Manor may terminate this agreement without any further liability of any nature.

 

If you find it necessary to cancel your function, a LETTER OF CANCELLATION is required before any form of deposit can be returned. (NOTE: Plymouth Manor cannot actively try to re-book a room until letter of cancellation is received)

If this function is cancelled or transferred (deposit is non-refundable after three (3) days of the signing of the contract):

  • (1) From 5 to 60 days of contract signing, then you must pay 20% of the contract price.

  • (2) From 90 to 179 days prior, then you must pay 30% of the contract price.

  • (3) From 60 to 89 days prior, then you must pay 50% of the contract price.

  • (4) From 30 to 59 days prior, then you must pay 70% of the contract price.

  • (5) Less then 30 days prior, then you must pay 90% of the contract price.

 

These amounts are due at time of cancelling or transferring of said function. Transfer fees are not refundable.
 Notice of cancellation has to be given in writing.

Payment Methods

Final guest count is due 10 days prior to your Function, (no reductions on final guest count) Balance is due 10 days prior to Function. Cashiers check, certified check, credit card or cash.
