It is your responsibility to address the following regulations with your D.J., Band, Florist, Photographer, and Bakery:

D.J., Band, Florist, Photographer and Bakery deliveries/set-ups are allowed after 12:00 noon on the day of the function, and must be completed one hour prior to function.

Plymouth Manor will provide the D.J. with one six-foot table and two chairs. Plymouth Manor is not responsible for any other equipment the D.J. may require.

Items belonging to Plymouth manor may not be used as speaker/record stands or for any other purpose (other than food service).

Due to the shortage of space, All Band Equipment, boxes, etc. that is not being used must be returned to vehicles and all vehicles must be parked at the end of the building.

We will gladly serve dinner to those D.J.’s, Photographers, etc. who have made such arrangements with their host/hostess in advance of the function.

Custom linens and chair covers not provided by Plymouth Manor are allowed with prior approval. All linens & chair covers brought in the day of the function must be removed that evening or a $125.00 fee will be charged to the company.

Only candles with hurricane lamps, floating candles or votive candles may be used. Open flame candles are not allowed under any circumstances.

Plymouth Manor does not allow balloons or any other type of decorations to be attached to the walls, ceiling or floor. Balloons may be used with weighted bases.

Plymouth Manor does not allow the use of smoke or bubble machines.

Confetti, Dance Dust, Sequins, Sparkles, or anything of that nature may not be used as part of the table decorations or centerpiece. Also, Liquid Bubbles, Silly String, Birdseed, Rice and Fresh Flower petals are not allowed. If any of these items are used, a clean-up fee will apply.

Music and Bar will end 30 minutes prior to the end of the function.

Due to city ordinance no alcohol is allowed to be consumed outside of the building.

Plymouth Manor is a non-smoking facility.
