- The Jordan Ballroom has a 6 hour occupancy.
- Music and bar to close 30 minutes prior to the end of the function.
- Maximum capacity of The Jordan Ballroom is 300 guests.
- $1500.00 deposit is required to confirm your booking.
- This deposit will be deducted from your final balance, unless cancellation occurs.
- An additional $1000.00 is required 6 months prior to your function, at this time
  the menu planning is required.
- This deposit will be deducted from the final balance, unless cancellation occurs.
- In order to reserve The Jordan Ballroom you must meet a minimum guest
  count guarantee.

- Additional hall time is available in increments of $450.00 per hour not to
  exceed 12:30 am.
- Final guest count for The Jordan Ballroom is due 8 days prior to your function.
- There is no reduction once the final guest count is given.
- Balance is due 72 hours prior to function.
- The Plymouth manor will accept: cashier check, certified check, money order
  or cash only.
- All deposits are non-transferable to other dates.

The Jordan Ballroom & The Nickolas Suite can be combined to accommodate
a guest count of 400.

- In order to reserve both The Jordan Ballroom & The Nickolas Suite you must
  meet a minimum 275 Adult Guest count guarantee.
- A $2500.00 security deposit is required to confirm your booking.
- An additional $1000.00 is required 6 months prior to your function, at this time
  the menu planning is required.
- This deposit will be deducted from the final balance, unless cancellation occurs.
